Troubleshooting on Gas
Primary Symptom | Secondary Symptom | Cause | Cure |

When switching on, green light comes on and after 10 seconds the red as well | 1: When listening to the heater during this sequence a click should be heard followed by intermittent ticking for 10 seconds. 2: Water coming from cowl 3: A click heard but no ticking or ticking but no click | 1a: Air in gas supply pipe 1b: No gas supply 1c: Incorrect gas pressure 1d: Intake of flue obstructed 2: Pump pressure too high 3: Poor connection at multi-pin plug in wall switch or on heater | 1a: Purge pipe by switching off and on again. Troubleshooting on Mains Electric
